Getting your curtain measurements right couldn’t be easier! There is no need to worry about deductions or calculations‑we will take care of all of that for you, ensuring a perfect fit every time. Simply follow our straightforward guide tailored to your rod or track, and leave the rest to us.
For the most accurate fit, measure the width of your curtain rod or track, not the width of the window. This measurement is essential, as we use the rod or track width to determine the amount of fabric needed for your curtains.
If you are installing a new curtain rod or track, we recommend extending it 15–40 cm (6–16 inches) beyond each side of the window and positioning it 10–25 cm (4–10 inches) above the top of the window frame. This helps improve light coverage and creates a more balanced appearance.
Curtain Rod
If you are using a curtain rod, measure the distance between the decorative finials (end caps). This is the width you should enter when placing your order.
Curtain Track
If you are using a standard curtain track, measure the overall width of the track. Enter this measurement as your curtain width when ordering.
