How to Measure Curtains
Step 1: Measure Your Curtain Rod or Track

For the most accurate fit, measure the width of your curtain rod or track, not the width of the window. This measurement is essential, as we use the rod or track width to determine the amount of fabric needed for your curtains.
If you are installing a new curtain rod or track, we recommend extending it 15–40 cm (6–16 inches) beyond each side of the window and positioning it 10–25 cm (4–10 inches) above the top of the window frame. This helps improve light coverage and creates a more balanced appearance.
Measure Curtain Width Properly

Curtain Rod
If you are using a curtain rod, measure the distance between the decorative finials (end caps). This is the width you should enter when placing your order.
Curtain Track
If you are using a standard curtain track, measure the overall width of the track. Enter this measurement as your curtain width when ordering.
Step 2: Choose Your Heading Style
We have 5 kinds of hanging header styles:
Eyelet
It is the most popular choice for contemporary space.
Pencil Pleat
It is timeless and elegantly pleated
Double Pinch Pleat
It creates a formal and elegant looking.
Slot Top
It is lined on top to create a clean tailored looking.
Hidden Tabs
It hidden tabs the back create clean looking.
Step 3: Curtain Fabric Fullness
For Pencil Pleat, Double Pinch Pleat and Eyelet curtains, we use a 2 × fabric fullness, based on the curtain Rod/Track Width you provide.
*Please refer to Step 1 for instructions on measuring your rod or track*
For Slot Top and Slot Top & Hidden Tabs curtains, we use a 1.8 × fabric fullness, based on the curtain Rod/Track Width you provide.
*See Step 1 for guidance on measuring your rod or track*
Step 4: Measure the Curtain Drop

There are three popular drop‑length options:
Below the Window Sill – Finishes 15–20 cm (6–8 in) below the window sill, or 2–3 cm (1 in) above a radiator if one is fitted underneath the window.
Kiss the Floor – Finishes 1–1.5 cm (½ in) above the floor for a clean, modern look.
Puddle – Extends 20–30 cm (8–12 in) onto the floor for a more elegant, luxurious appearance.
For curtain rods or tracks, measure from the top of the rod or track to your desired curtain endpoint.
For curtain rings or track gliders, measure from the bottom of the ring or glider to your desired curtain endpoint.
